টিচার্স এলিজিবিলিটি টেস্ট (টেট) নিয়ে প্রার্থীদের যাবতীয় প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিতে হেল্পলাইন ও হেল্প ডেস্ক খুলল প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা পর্ষদ৷ সম্প্রতি এ সংক্রান্ত একটি বিজ্ঞপ্তি জারি করে পর্ষদ৷ 

আগামী ১১ অক্টোবর, রবিবার রাজ্যজুড়ে টেট হবে৷ প্রশ্ন উধাও কাণ্ডের জেরে পরীক্ষা পিছিয়ে দিয়েছিল রাজ্য সরকার৷ ৩০ আগস্টের বদলে প্রথমে পরীক্ষার দিন নির্ধারিত হয় ৪ অক্টোবর৷ কিন্তু ওইদিন কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারের চাকরির পরীক্ষা ও ৩ অক্টোবর বেশ কয়েকটি জায়গায় ভোটের সম্ভাবনা থাকায় পরীক্ষা আরও একদফা পিছিয়ে ১১ অক্টোবর করা হয়৷ পর্ষদের পক্ষ থেকে এদিন জানানো হয়, পরীক্ষা সংক্রান্ত যেকোনও প্রশ্নের উত্তর পাওয়ার জন্য ও প্রয়োজনীয় নথি প্রদান ও সংগ্রহ করার জন্য জেলাওয়ারি হেল্প ডেস্ক ও হেল্পলাইনগুলি খোলা হয়েছে৷ যে জেলার প্রার্থী তাঁকে ওই জেলার প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয় সংসদ কার্যালয়ের হেল্প ডেস্ক ও হেল্প লাইনে যোগাযোগ করতে বলা হচ্ছে৷ পরীক্ষার দিন পর্যন্ত এই হেল্পলাইনগুলি চালু থাকবে৷ ১১ অক্টোবর পরীক্ষা শুরু হবে দুপুর দু'টো থেকে৷ পরীক্ষাকেন্দ্র অপরিবর্তিত রয়েছে৷
